At Pharmacy3, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of healthcare products and medicines, we have a strict return policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Return Eligibility You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if:
• The product delivered is expired.
• The product is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
• The item received is different from what was ordered.
• The item has a missing part or accessory.
2. Non-Returnable Items To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or partially used medicines/vials.
• Items requiring cold-storage (Insulin, Vaccines, etc.).
• Personal care products (sanitary pads, diapers, razors).
• Healthcare devices that have been used (BP monitors, Glucometers).
• Products without original packaging or serial numbers.
3. Return Process To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Go to "My Orders" and select the item you wish to return.
- Provide a reason and upload a clear photo of the damaged/wrong item.
- Our team will verify the request within 24-48 hours.
- Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled at your address.
4. Refund Policy Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected:
• Prepaid Orders: Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
• Cash on Delivery: Refund will be sent via UPI or Bank Transfer after you provide details.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellation Policy You can cancel your order at any time before it is "Dispatched". Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.
